Alumni visiting the campus
We always welcome alumni and their family to our campus and love it when you visit and reminisce about your time at UWC Atlantic.
In line with our safeguarding policies, alumni are no longer able to roam the campus on their own and need to be accompanied by a member of staff. Unfortunately due to the sheer volume of requests we receive, and to avoid disrupting classes and other activities, we are not always able to accommodate every visit but we will try and make this possible if we are able to.
If you are an alumni and would like to visit the campus, you must contact the College beforehand. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any visitors that arrive on the day without making prior arrangements. To make a reservation, please email [email protected] with at least 2 weeks advance notice and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you are not an alumni and want to visit the college in another capacity, please contact our welcome team [email protected] who can forward your request onto the relevant member of staff.
Once a visit has been organised, upon arrival you will need to:
- Check in at our Welcome Desk and be issued a visitor badge
- The Welcome Desk will contact the member of staff who will take you on your visit
- You will be made aware of the College rules, some of which might have changed since you were a student. This will include areas where you can and cannot visit on campus. You will also be told about our safeguarding policy.
Unfortunately it is not possible for alumni to stay on campus overnight at present.
In addition to this, we often hold events and open days at the College which you would be welcome to attend. To find out more about what events we have coming up, please visit https://www.uwcatlanticexperience.com/.
